The 14-story, 180-unit rental housing structure features an innovative and striking concrete panel design, and these unique residences are now ready to be leased. Supported by underground parking, the City Hyde Park’s ground floor is occupied by Whole Foods, and retailers Marshalls and Michaels can be found on the second floor. 165 West Superior Construction Project is Underway! http://www.linn-mathes.com/165-west-superior-construction-project-is-underway/ Thu, 02 Jun 2016 13:55:20 +0000 http://linnmathes.textivia.net/?p=339 Continue reading 165 West Superior Construction Project is Underway! »]]> Linn-Mathes Inc., in partnership with bKL Architecture, is working to build a new residential tower at 165 West Superior Street in Chicago on the former site of an old Howard Johnson’s motel. The project entails a 34-story apartment tower with 298 rental housing units and a 4-story podium that includes 109 parking spaces, a variety of retail spaces, and a public pocket park on the corner of West Superior and North Wells. As of now, the project is underway and coming along nicely, rising from the site steadily. We expect to finish this project sometime in 2017.
